A year for me. I work with some difficult people. You can learn to appreciate them to some extent but it takes significant time and effort.

6 months. 1 year + to really jam.

That’s comforting. I’m not jelling with my partner yet and making mistakes because of it. It’s been less than a month though

like

A week or two. But I’m senior and finally ended up at my top choice where I’d been pursuing them for over a year.

Immediately for working well. About 2 months for them to onboard me to enough cases.

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.

I work in a firm that is known for litigation defense. I’ve been developing my own plaintiffs practice as well. I am able to pay the bills with my hourly defense work, which gives me time to focus on a handful of high value PI case a year on contingency. I was recently negotiating a case and was told part of the reason the claims rep/OC was jerking me around was because they didn’t see me as a plaintiffs attorney. Is there any way to change this perception or does it just come over time?

Obviously it won't happen overnight, I have to give my handover and that could take a month, I am fine with that.

Anything I should take care of before joining new location?
Please provide some tips..

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? TIA!
