How long does it take you to do an initial loss review of a PIp claim? I was told yesterday that my 8 to 10 losses a day should only be taking me an hour total. Not each, total. After doing a deep dive online, I found industry standard is 45 to 90 minutes per claim, depending on the complexity. And that not only is one hour total unreasonable. It’s downright impossible..
