How long should it take for an AM50 firm to come back with an offer once all interviews are completed, and a business plan with conflict information has been provided? I am told that the offer is coming, but that was over a month ago.

I'm going to move from non IT profile to IT profile. Basically I'll be applying as front end engineer in new company. Previously I was working in a BPO profile.
Just wanted to ask if I'll be provided training in my initial months as a front end engineer or am I expected to work from the very first day.
