I have joined Capgemini in April 2021 and completed my 1 year at Capgemini as a fresher . My package is 3lpa and in the offer letter i was told that my package will be 4lpa effective from 1st July 2022. But the point of concern is that I am still in the bench period. Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? Does anyone have an idea how much Amazon negotiates? This is for a non tech role so I’m not sure of the exact salary range.
