How many days does it take to receive the offer letter after accepting the salary offered/ salary negotiation??

Anyone has some insight on the salary a PM at Pimco makes. Level is VP or SVP.

I received an offer but they put me at the very bottom of the salary range they provided in the interview? How can I negotiate this up? [Offer in comments]
