How many days on average do y’all take for vacations each year? Feeling objectively worried taking time off this year

Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. But I’ll regret it forever if I didn’t take my chance now when I’m still single and young-ish.

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
Company B - Recruiter on LinkedIn approached me regarding a position open at an out of state healthcare facility for the same thing I do now, I would be working remotely where I currently am today. Cont in comments..

Need help from the Hivemind. I am a rising 4th year who has only been at my firm for a little over a year (after a few clerkships). I like my firm well enough, and the partners I work with like me a lot, but I’ve learned that Biglaw is not the life for me and want to get out ASAP. Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. My LWD in Wipro (my previous employer) was on 21 Aug, 2021. I was waiting to receive my outstanding due and experience certificate, as part of F&F, ever since. However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? And much longer will it take before my F&F process is completed and I get my outstanding due and my experience certificate? Pls advice.
