Need guidance on a chosing the right in-site/in-app Analytics provider.

Our organization is finally starting to invest in analytics and data based solutions. We have a we based platform that has a mix of modern Angular and React based code mixed with some legacy code written in Perl that spits out JavaScript. We have evaluated MixPanel, Pendo, Heap and are going to speak to Amplitude and Segment.

Could anyone who has experience with any of these tools mention your biggest pain points, please?

I’ve noticed that I’m missing welcome points and green choice points. Is this a common and is there a better way to monitor than checking you’re recent activity?

I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). I know I’m being underpaid. What should do or how should I negotiate?
Please advise.
