I knew I had seen the name before somewhere...

Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

2, and it's more of a struggle than it should be. I have always struggled with executive dysfunction, and that is made so much worse when my time has to be spread out between totally different activities. Somehow I still get it done, though, and my rent gets paid.

You’re doing amazing! Keep it up. As long as you’re getting it done. I hear you, keeping up on my side work is a struggle when my main job plus being a parent already feels like so much.

Whoa, how?!
2. I force myself to time block once I get done with my day job. Come home, eat dinner, start on Gig 1 at 7. Work on that for 45 minutes, take a 10 minute break, then 45 minutes on Gig 2. Another 10 minute break, then 30 minutes G1, 10 minute break, 30 minutes G2. I wish I could force myself to spend more time on both during the week, but it's hard to do without sacrificing my sleep and, in turn, being a zombie at work the next day. Weekends are at least a bit easier.

I do most of my work on the weekends too. I like the way you build multiple breaks in between!
I have two side gigs. I do some assistant type work for one person and then some contract work for another. It is really hard out there to only have one role.

Yes I agree, side work is necessary with the high costs these days
Scheduling is key for time management.
