Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Unless contractually obligated otherwise, the standard 2 week notice period is generally sufficient.
That said, I've always given more notice, at least 3-4 weeks, since I've always been on a project when I've left and want to make sure the client isn't screwed over by shoddy knowledge transfer.
That's bs, they will to let me take pto so I'm giving two weeks with my 22 unused pto days
Are you in the USA? If so, 2 weeks. Deloitte has handled this MANY times and will be fine with 2 weeks.
