Got a great offer today from my top choice company, but still interviewing with 2 other companies.. Should I try to leverage the other interviews to improve the offer? I need negotiating tips!

JPMorgan Chase folks, how long does it take after accepting the offer/contract to getting contacted by the premployment screening team ? I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. Throughout the interview i felt he was looking down on me. I recently talked about this with a friend and he said generally ICAI and ICAP accounting members dont give ACCA students and important. I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.
