For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.
