Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.

Bit of a confusion what should I do ? take risk and join new organisation or stay in current one.?

My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.
