Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.

Bit of a confusion what should I do ? take risk and join new organisation or stay in current one.?
