How much do BCG Principals make (all in compensation)?

Whats average salary in Bank of America for 4-6 yrs experience?
Did I tried to be low balled with cheap tricks?

In HR discussion, they told due to Salary Parity, they offer only this much (upto 20 LPA) for 4-6 yrs experience.
Package they offered is even below 20% hike of my current package.

Please help me know what's the avg salary for such experience in BOA. What he told is right? They don't offer any further?
