Usually it is 70-30 to 60-40 but client go with this because they can release the resource without severence or loss of reputation.
My billing rate is about $100 per hour and I'm paid about $20-25 per hour
@PricingArchitect1- Bhai tu kuch aisa likh jaisa kisiko samajh mai aya, ghuma firaka likhna sa kya hoga.
They keep a minimum of 30%
In your case they are billing more than 26lpa
It's complicated. The billing rates differ from level to level and account to account. Example- banking clients are charged less for back office operations and more for technology operations. A senior manager example- D1 in capgemini might be charged 165 dollars per day in one of the banking account but 255 dollar per day if the same senior manager is actually a technology expert( like cloud architect). . The pricing is complex. Ur salary is not solely on pricing.
Abey hours par charging hoti hain, India standard IT standard outsourced work varies from $26+ per hour depending upon skills and designation levels of resource
I am on Randstad Payroll and my client is Shell India.
Randstad is charging $45 per hour to Shell.
YOE - 11.5
CTC : 45 LPA (Fixed)
So its approx 2x
They'll be charging the client minimum 50lpa
I being a Pricing Architect (Commercisl managers) for such deals for IT services I can tell you there is much more than just salary. In many cases many firms weigh in this benefits and started in sourcing. But at the same some of the largest multi billion dollar companies decided to completely outsource all IT needs. To be truthful salary of resource is even only one part of cost. So only from salary point you can not answer what os right for the business.
