I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here. Yeah, they just get paid full time money, and quite a lot of the times there is a bonus structure tied to it.
We are splitting hairs here, it is silly agency employees don’t get better remunerated for good reccos.
I didn’t know that norm had gone done a smidge in the last years. My last placement still nabbed my recruiter 30.

Entry level is lower at least for us - I think like $1k or $2k. What about asking talent or HR? They’re usually excited to share what the bonus is.
