Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA
Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).
Hi all,
I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

If it’s not-life changing money, it should be life-changing work. Otherwise why are you making any move?
There you go! As long as you’re positive that that’s what you’re moving to, then they money is whatever.
You’ll increase your value more than 5k when you get that mentor ship and start kicking tons of ass. Just be sure as you can about the agency you’re going to—if they’re good and have someone worth mentoring you, they have the work to prove it. If they don’t have the work to prove it, they’re lying to you.

you should be getting at least 8-10% bump. youre taking a risk going to a new place.
max 25%, unless you are grossly underpaid
You might be out of luck. In many cities, asking for your previous salary is now illegal. Next time, lie. They cannot legally audit bank records, they can only verify you were there.
They didn’t ask for my current salary. They just kept lowering the salary I ask for
Well, that’s not up to your recruiter because they work for you. Ask for what you want/think you deserve, and if your recruiter has a problem with it, get a new recruiter.
If they’re not willing to pay you what you’re worth now, they never will. Tell them to beat it.
Where are you within your band? If you’re in the bottom half, aim for the top half. If you’re already at/near the top, yeah there’s probably not much movement
To clarify, my recruiter as in a recruiter in another agency I’m currently talking to
$10K to even consider. $20K decent jump. $30K lifestyle change.
