How much paid paternity leave does everyone’s company offer? My workplace only offers five days of paid leave. We can take more time off but we either have to use our vacation time or not get paid for that time. It’s so frustrating

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid."
