Any thoughts on PwC private practice???
Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Do you really work 8 hours a day?
Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

In HCL, there's no additional bonus. Yearly bonus is a part of your remuneration/ctc mentioned under variable pay component in the OL. Even for an outstanding performance(top 2 ratings) you'll get your variable pay + max 10% of variable pay as bonus(That too if your manager is extremely generous). Eg if your variable pay is 1 lac then your annual bonus can be max 10k.
If rating is less than top too, they'll be a deduction in variable pay component. Also, management/HRs will keep coining the term 'normalising the ratings' which implies no matter how well you perform throughout the year, during appraisal your rating will be whatever management feels like giving you. In short, HCL has one of the most biased appraisal process.
It's based on ratings , in my case it was 75%,80%,85% in last three years respectively
It was GP in all three years.
