I’m so bad at writing the background/ facts section for briefs… it always gets heavily edited and no one is giving me constructive feedback other than “advocate more”. In contrast, my legal argument section is generally without edits. For context, first defense lit job post appellate clerkship. Is this normal?? Recently jumped 5 months back to 15.5L. Didn't get proper role so started giving interviews again.
Now cleared client round and got email confirmation from HCL PM on offer. HR discussion is about to start.
6.8 yrs experience in Automation Testing and currently in Test Lead position. Getting hired for Implementation Analyst/Manager considering my previous responsibilities held and aspirations. As said earlier my current total CTC is 15.5. How much can I expect? Also do HCL provide joining bonus?

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
