Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job.
