What happens at RIMS? Is it worth going to?
Hi everyone, I am working on java since 2017. I have 1 YOE in Tata Consultancy in support and now I want to switch to a Java developer role. I have personally worked on Java, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API and Hibernate. Made & deployed a few projects also, but don't have relevant/ company experience in Java. I also cleared Infosys interview 1 month back but my notice period is 3 months, so HR dropped my candidature in negotiations. Can anyone please suggest to me what I should do?
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

IMHO, depends more on interviewer than the firm. My suggestion: Do more prep, can’t hurt — only help.

Depends on why you failed. They both test similar things in similar ways, however BCG is interviewee led. This can be seen as more difficult for some.
I’d say BCG / Bain cases are slightly more difficult than McKinsey as a function of being interviewee led. McKinsey cases tended to be more straightforward without a twist.
Also, the BCG / Bain cases felt more quant heavy and contained twists.
