Seems like it’s just me but unless I’m super hyped about the job like I’m working at Wieden + Kennedy, I wait 2-3 months to make sure it’s a good fit as sometimes things aren’t always as they seem.

I wait until after the probation period is up, which is usually 60-90 days. You never know what could happen in that time. Just started a new job I’m pretty happy to be at and, even now, I’m cautious about it.
