How to give counter to company after accepting the offer? I currently have 2 offers from sapient and Capgemini in hand with almost similar packages. Honeywell is in pipeline pending hr discussion. I accepted offer from sapient can I give a counter now.asking for more salary to sapient ?

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.

Bit of a confusion what should I do ? take risk and join new organisation or stay in current one.?
