How to people usually get to the C-Suite level of a company from consulting? Do they stick it out until partner level in consulting and then transfer into a CxO role in industry or transfer to industry early in an operational or management role and work their way up the ladder?

but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? I am not authorized to negotiate so they will have to take it up with HR, but I am still just shocked at the reaction. Please tell me if I’m totally out of touch!

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system.
