Joined last year. It's been 14th months with LTI. I would say, I am happy. It's nothing like people here are saying, if you are billable you have nothing to worry about, just do your work and move on with your life.
I have not joined yet..Will be joining in two weeks I guess if the offer letter is sent

From day 1 i was billable and its been 15 months in org. And m happy as well. Peace of mind is there and work life balance. Within project pmo try to allign in different projects internally.
I joined in August. I was in bench for one month then allocated to project. Till now, tagged to that project only. Wlb is there, great manager, got highest rating as well.

I joined last yr and it’s been exactly 1 yr from then . Till now iam on bench but working on a non billable project 🥲. I don’t know abt LTI but when it comes to the BU Cuelogic ya CG is very worst in terms of allocation ya wlb ya interaction and all.
Whole CG managers don’t even know what amt of people are on bench and how to utilise instead they say search and try for opportunities 😂. Worst RMG team.
The highlight thing is that even though u r a frontend or backend dev they add some other skill sets to it and make it full stack 😞. Bolne keliye acha hoga but during some interviews people fear ki kaise manange karu.
Same unit mine as well. Its really pathetic. Do you how can we change our BU?

Joined in November 2022 directly into a Microsoft project. Worked actively for 5 months and released to pool on April 1st 2022 and on bench since then. WFM hasn't shown any project, none of the roles I'm applying on Talent central are responsive. The WFM guy called me last week and gave a heads up that I'll have to resign 2 weeks ago.
By God's grace found one project and BGC is in progress. Hoping outcome to be positive. Living on grace period.
On the other hand, L&D team is pressuring to do courses and upskill (frankly no one would be keen). Had somewhat bitter discussion with WFM cos it's not my fault that LTIMINDTREE is not winning projects. Why did they hire when they can't keep an employee for atleast a year and utilize effectively.
Joined last year in Jan. I have been billable since. Working for one of the oldest clients of LTI. The projects in this account are long term. The work life balance is also great.
