Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022

I completed all rounds of interviews with capgemini. HR took all the documents about 10 days ago. However, offer letter is not yet released. HR stating that she is waiting for client project confirmation. Anyone faced such delays ? Ans what was the final outcome?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

HiAll, My lead resigned and my manager informed me just 2 weeks before her lwd on this and asked me to take up all their responsibilities. I don't think this is not a professional way to handle things and KTs are not properly given. I'm really worried if this will affect my career. I'm not really interested to work in this project. I have tried many ways to release me from this project . But manager is really amendment to release as there is no senior member in the team.

Hi, tomorrow I have to submit my resignation in current company to meet DOJ deadline in new company. I recently joined org A in Oct 2021 and the company have said no position open after I join so I had to move to a new org B in Jan 2022, in org B as well similar kind of problem so I had to look for a new company for which I have a offer now.
