What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

One of the numerous reasons I stopped working at startups. They're a dumping ground for people who can't cut it in organizations where you have to act like grown adults.

Expose it to investors or someone who can keep this dude in check. He’s a real liability to the co, to himself, to everyone

Ask a lawyer, important if you want to get a settlement
Keep all the receipts and take them to a lawyer if you're cool with getting paid to keep your mouth shut. Otherwise, burn them to the ground.
I’d make my concerns clear to HR. If after that, nothing changes, I’d put in a two weeks notice. You should voice your opinion on the matter because employers cannot read your mind. It’s not a common thing, especially if the company has been following the same traditions for years on end. Make your boss aware of your concerns, but stay aware of the fact that you are only worth what you show and speak of in your workplace. Wish you the best 🙏
This guy literally IS HR (he 'wears many hats' kinda thing). I brought this to my boss who spoke to him and I got an apology over Slack and an offer to hop on a call (which I declined). Unfortunately due to personal reasons I cannot leave the company at this time, and I don't necessarily want to get a lawyer involved unless it happens again because I feel like it will come back on me. Thank you for your message!
All you can do is leave. Even if the people who hired them realize it was a mistake, they are not going to correct it. They’ll double down.

Just leave. I did that recently after a similar situation happened and it felt amazing.
