In my case i have 5 companies who ghosted hiring after selecting with no offers
1.Virtusa Cleared L2 on 9th Aug.Then ghosted
2.NTT data Cleared L2 on 12th Dec.Then ghosted
3.Cyiant Cleared L1 on 8th Dec.Then ghosted
4.EY Cleared L1 on 27th Nov.Then ghosted
5.Infosys Cleared L2 on 7th Feb.Then ghosted
Why the hiring is ghosted now a days.Is this so common?
Brother if they have ghosted you it means either you are not qualified the interview or else they found a candidate in less pay.... Try to increase your interview with more and more companies then you'll find an ideal match
All companies will ghost us like this from now onwards.Cost of living increases, income tax is very high.But my salary remains same.No one raise the voice against 90 days Notice period, Cost of living and income tax.That is the reality of pathetic life since IT came.No real hirings.Only fake hirings
Ok agree. But candidates tell their salary expectations well in advance. What are the reasons for this ghosting?? They can give candidate clear picture atleast after selecting other candidates that they went ahead and filled position with other candidate.
If your budget is high they will look for people with low budget now, with AI rapidly becoming efficient going forward market will be less compared to earlier

Bro, you are already reaching till final rounds.
Take the risk and resign without offer.
Once the notice period will reach till 30days, everything will fall into place.
Put LWD within 15 Days. That Will Help you alot.

I think because of notice period of 3 months.
Don’t even say Notice period problem.They are doing fake and ghost hirings especially for me who is earning less.People know very well how to play games with me.It happens only to me.If i was been refered by someone i would got offer letter.But problem is no one refered
Don’t ever say that immediate joiners and serving notice people.I know so many people got hired for Infosys who has 90 days notice period

Same is happening with me. I cleared all rounds in wipro and LTI Mindtree but they didn't roll out offer yet. My lwd is feb 27th. Reading all the posts here I feel panicked. However getting response from HR side in both companies. But they are telling today/tomorrow and it goes on like this for past 10 days
