1. Prep breakfast the night before (overnight Oats for example)
2. Prep breakfast for the week ahead (mass cook bacon, make breakfast burritos or quiches in bulk)
3. Just make and eat breakfast at home before going to the office. Don't have time? Wake up earlier
I like just taking dry oats with cinnamon in a tupperware container and a portioned bag of frozen berries. Throw the berries and some water in with the oats and microwave. Boom!
Alternatively, overnight oats are a thing but I don't like that texture.
Even easier option, yogurt cup and a clif bar?
Overnight oats.
Fruit.
Meal prep breakfast burritos that you throw in the freezer and can reheat in oven or microwave as you get ready for commute in.
Make egg bites in a muffin tin and reheat. These can be customized with different seasonings or toppings.
Smoothies/protein shakes.
You can also try overnight oats for example
How long is your commute? It might stay warm for awhile if you get a lunchbox
I eat my breakfast at home while I read through my emails and get started for the day, then commute in basically whenever I feel like it.
You can make English muffin sandwiches with a couple eggs. You can freeze them and then microwave them and still good!
