Howcome there are no Solutions Architect jobs requiring networking speciality? I don’t see many SA (focused on networking) openings on AWS site.

I’m curious. What would you say is the best industry / sector for…1. WLB, 2. Great people / team, 3. Exit opp’s., and 4. Overall (mix of the above). Goes without saying the obvious “it depends on office, team, project, client, etc.” So this is an ask for general observations.

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes. Any thoughts on what to expect?

My district has finally gone 1-to-1. Is there a good app or website that I could use to have students submit answers anonymously while going over problems in class? I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.

I’m convinced I’ve only tricked people and sooner or later they’re gonna catch on. I have extremely bad Sunday scaries, I’m always fighting down my anxiety whenever a new ask comes through. I don’t know what to do.

Hello! just got an offer from Amazon for Global Product Marketing Manager for PAE (payments).
TC: $223k for 1st year (156k base, $64k sign on for 1st year and $50k for second year, with 46 shares - vesting 5% on 1st year anniversary, 15% on 2nd year and 20% every 6months on 3rd and 4th year).
I understand this is a L6 role and would like to understand where I am in the total comp range (from a %) and what is the max this role and level and pay (given that I understand next salary jump to L7. Tx!
