A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself).
