How is WLB in Samsung compared to Intel.
Compared to facilities which company (Samsung and Intel) provides best facilities? I know Intel has lot of benifits like free cab, child day care reimbursement, telephone bill reimbursement, 15% discount on shares purchase, very good leave structure, Free UDEMY for developing skills, Intel wiki for lot of knowledge gathering etc... WFA can't be clubbed with any other leave. It's a block of 7 days taken at a time. Sunday to Saturday. 4 blocks of work from anywhere is available

Why? Which division are you talking about? Is it almost mandatory work on weekends throughout the year for all divisions in Samsung? I heard it's at least better than qcom wlb
3 days a week working from office and 2 days working from home. Out of the 3 days, one would be compulsory and depending on the team, it can be any day of the week. The other 2 days can be chosen by the individual. In a year up to 4 weeks of work from anywhere is possible where you don't come to the office at all.
Thanks for such a detailed response. Additionally any idea if this 4 weeks wf anywhere can be taken in breaks and clubbed with leaves or has to be taken at once? Eg: 3 days wfa + 2 leaves, later again 2days wfa + 3 leaves, and so on?
