HR advice needed; is it in the the best interest of the employee to disclose their mental health struggles with their manager? If so, how should this be handled? clear associates are given grace but that same energy isn’t given to black associates.

Mid-level when she's leading the call: please make sure you take notes. It's expected of the person not leading a call (note I always take notes)

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it.
