HSBC Folks pls help.Selected for HSBC, compensation discussion pending. My LWD is Oct-end but they say joining will be in Jan due to headcount, with offer letter this month. Concerned about being unpaid for 2 months and risk of offer being revoked/delayed.I also have another offer from Barclays with Oct joining.Would appreciate advice—should I wait for HSBC or go with the other?what if hsbc offers more than other offer?how can i take confirmation for same?Barclays HSBC

Hi Fishes, I am working as an IC in QA role with more than 15 years of experience, not getting good hikes and currently having 27.20 lakh INR, which I think its too low as per my experience range. How do you approach a firm recruiting you when you weren't looking to move? It would be similar work, but I could negotiate a significant salary boost which would help my family reach financial goals faster. I like everything about my firm, but the pay is on the low side. I've never interviewed when I wasn't eager to leave my current job, and I'm uncertain how to discuss that with the recruiter & interviewer. I want to leverage it, but don't want to sound greedy.

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
