I have already accepted the offer of a company X and completed all the onboarding formalities. Meanwhile, I received an offer from another company Y which is giving me more fixed and joining bonus. I'm more inclined towards joining company X. Would it be right to ask X to match the new offer. How should i go about it.

Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. Got the absolute worst freaking cold at 38 weeks. Had the flu and covid vaccines and am testing negative for covid but omg I cannot shift this after a week and I swear it's getting worse.
