would like some advice: Currently (1) finding a new job in a new industry, (2) surviving my current job in PA w looming bzy szn and (3) studying for GMAT/prepping MBA r2 apps as i decided to pursue this 1 month ago. I’m starting to feel burnt out and depressed about my situation and believe i may need to drop something.

Should i (1) quit PA and find a new job and study forGMAT? What would adcom think about a gap in experience? (2) wait to apply next year w 4 YOE? (3) just stfu and grind it out

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I am unable to manage my work and GMAT preparation. I work in IT Risk Advisory and the work culture (India 🙄) and hours are crazy (10-12 hours avg). I am behind my targets as per my study plan (targeting ~750) - can only manage to get in 1-2.5 hours of prep daily/alternate days, I try to study on weekends but it's difficult as I am burnt out from the work.
