I think recurring posts can be helpful for keeping staff in the know of what's going on and showing transparency. The key is to stay consistent and give it some time to build momentum. I would survey your interest group and ask what kind of posts they'd like to see, and maybe incentivize them for providing their input. Hope this helps!
Could these be like ice breaker type questions? Or like more in-depth thought provoking questions? I like the idea of a recurring weekly post that asks people to do some self-reflection. I could see that being really successful!
I love the idea of recurring posts. Recurring posts can be an effective way to engage your community and keep them coming back to your platform. By providing a consistent and predictable experience, you create a sense of familiarity and make it easier for people to participate. You could do recurring posts such as: Q&A sessions, challenges or contests, member spotlights, discussion topics, and fun & creative prompts. It's important to keep in mind that not all types of recurring posts will work for every community. You should test different types of posts and see what resonates with your audience. It's also important to listen to feedback from your community and adjust your approach as needed.
Additionally, while recurring posts can be effective, it's also important to mix things up and provide variety in your content to keep your community engaged and interested over the long term.
