When someone complains about the product in the community, do you address it publicly or privately?

It depends on the situation. If the person is just complaining for the sake of complaining and not actually trying to get help, then I would address it privately. If they are complaining because they have a legitimate issue with the product, then I would address it publicly so that others can benefit from the solution.

Publicly. Addressing the complaint publicly demonstrates that we are listening to our customers and are willing to address any concerns they may have.

Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. I’ve been searching for something and have yet to find anything aside from coordination! Any recommendations are appreciated!
