I am a PAT in cognizant with 10M experience, My base location is Chennai, in August I got approval to report from Noida for 1 month. But my mother was having health issues so I asked them to relocate me to Noida and kept reporting from there. On 4 Oct I got warning mail to report to Chennai from 7oct, I replied that I'll be able to report by 15 as I had to make arrangements. Yesterday I got show cause notice due for neglecting job responsibilities, what would happen with me now?

IF you use EPIC EMR, do you like it? How does it compare to prior ones that you have used?

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(

Can anyone offer advice for helping with adderall side effects? I was diagnosed a few months ago and I am new to medication. I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired. Doctor recommended 10mg ir mid day to combat but I still experience pretty severe fatigue as a side effect. Just wondering if anyone has found any natural strategies to cope or mitigate. Thanks!
