I wish I could offer you more than just some words, but I really believe this. You have the knowledge and experience to get out of that job. Think about this….You have obviously had or have gained some medical knowledge in your current position. You also have experience in either Epic or some other kind of emr system. You now also have experience in a fast-paced, stressful work environment (even if you’re still working some of your hours at home). If you break down those 3 skills even more, it’s clear that you can obviously type fast, you have computer skills, and you know how to deal with difficult situations. So don’t be nervous about putting yourself out there to find a different job. You’ve got the skills that a lot of employers are looking for. You’ve just gotta believe that and know that you can find (and deserve to find!) something better. And, if you have to keep working from home, there are a lot of different remote jobs out there. You’ve just can’t get down on yourself. Maybe just start slow by editing and updating your resume. But you’ve got the skills you need to get out of there and find a job that works out better for you. I know it and really believe that you can do it. ☺️
Does anyone know legimate work from home job? Alot are scams or people using companies to protray jobs!very sad.
I've been there. Staying in a job that's draining the life out of you because you don't have any other options. The only way out is by treating finding a new job like a second full time job and getting as many applications out as you can.

I’ve been there as well. The job may be draining, but it’s not plausible to just leave when that’s your only means of income.
I get you☺️
I understand you completely! I left my last role as a psych NP because between my boss and the unrealistic expectations, I started experience extreme burnout and stress. My own mental health was taking a hit whilst trying to maintain the mental health of others. I ultimately quit because I couldn't take it anymore and unfortunately the job market is horrible right now. So, if I were you, I would look into securing another job before quitting unless you have help like I did. Best of luck! Remember no job is worth our mental health declining!
