Staying in same company for 14 years and still you are getting around 50 LPA. Which service based company in India is offering that much hike. Generally companies like TCS, HCL etc gives around 25 to 30 LPA and even long timers due to less hikes per year are getting less than 20 LPA. In current job market if you stick with 50 LPA difficult to get offers. Many companies did layoff and doing layoffs so more number of highly skilled people already looking for jobs. Even client interviews are very tough with 2 or 3 levels now a days.
People often receive offers from outside and negotiate their current salary. Many service-based companies offer this package to individuals with potential and in senior roles.
Hope you get one. Once you get be empathetic about others. Most Indians are unnecessarily arrogant and unsympathetic

It's really tough to switch after 20+ yoe. Best way I know of - is referrals from people you have previously worked with. Try principal or IC roles in product firms. Good luck.
