I am being offered a $100k salary at onsite California location(Los Angeles). Is it worth to grab it from HCL ? Or should I resign to take a 30 LPA from Deloitte India? I am right now on a 20LPA package

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
