I am coming up on my 2 year work anniversary with The Charles and have had a great experience. Working from home has been an adjustment for me, but TCG has given me a membership to a co-working space and has provided a desk / desktop set up for my home. Being a working mom is hard and kids are expensive! Starting in 2024, TCG is offering money towards my kids tuition! It will be a massive help! It was so thoughtful and really shows how much TCG cares for their employees.
