Which one should I join

Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking

Soooo how are we feeling about booking flights to Europe for early spring? Less so worried about getting covid as I’m boosted but more so about worsening restrictions. Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

Any idea on how to contact Capgemini HR for your offer ? I cleared the technical round, had sent them my documents and completed AMCAT test 2 days back. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed .
