I am curious as to why First Republic always have the same job openings and I keep getting calls from head hunters for it. Is it the turn over or they are a massive bank that needs managers (VP Director) level. I interviewed a few times but they just keep coming back.

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket.
