I am currently at 36 lpa basic. Accenture has offered me 40.5 lpa basic level 7 profile. Is this % increment justified or I can ask for more?

I recently interviewed with DTIC and completed all the rounds and kind of felt it was done linently and kind of confused now if it is good to join? I am from Kolkata and have to relocate to Bangalore for it.

I need help. I think I’m being underpaid at my job I’ve been at for 3 1/2 years. Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
