I am currently looking for a new job. And a position I applied for is hiring again. I didn’t get it the first time around because I didn’t have the experience they wanted and was unable to get approval for an experienced senior. So I know they liked me. Is it safe to reach out to the talent team after submitting my application or just wait for the process of them reaching out?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
