Wieden creatives, what’s it like working there?
Bain & Company I’m currently prepping for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company interviews scheduled in the next 2 months. For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?

Wait for a better offer, don’t take a pay cut unless it is for strategic growth. This isn’t.

A paycut?! In this economy?!
Wow I can’t imagine a better WLB if people have the time to drink at the office haha. Do you by chance work on the set of Mad Men?

..Mess. They’re also forcing folks back into the office and people are quitting by the masses. I don’t know what to do. Do I wait for a better offer?

If people are quitting in droves, can you leverage it into a salary increase or promo?
What are your YOE? What role? What sector?
How many hours per week do you work? I disagree that you are definitely taking a pay cut here. We need more information to really determine if this is accurate. Below is just an example.
NG (95k) + OT (10 hours per week) = $118,750 base
Current employer $105k (50 per week no OT) = $105k.
See my point? Your base pay might be lower but if you compare how many hours you’re working you wouldn’t be taking a pay cut but receiving a raise.
Wait for a better offer, not sure what part of NG you will be working for but I have not really heard good things
“I have not really heard good things.” Can’t you say that about 90% of the organizations you hear about on this app? LOL I’ve only been here a couple of months and that’s mostly all I hear.
