I am deep into the interview process for a controller job. It is for a small PE owned manufacturing company. I will be responsible for helping through multiple acquisitions, ERP system implementation, revamp of internal control structure, etc. I am a first year senior manager and have helped clients through all of the above but it’s a bit daunting thinking about being on other side and creating everything myself from scratch. KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.
