Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

Hold back a bit on addressing burnout. Because switching jobs does not fix that. Focus on the positives of what you are interviewing for.

I agree with you.. I could frame it as wanting a healthier pace, clearer priorities, and a role where effort actually feels sustainable and focused.
You can be 0% honest about burnout in an interview. Think of it from the hiring manager's perspective; are they going to spend time and money on a candidate who can't give their all? Do what you can to manage things better and recover from burnout.

I get why hiring managers think this way, but I disagree slightly... I think it is fair to talk about energy, balance, and long-term performance without sounding like I cannot cope.
