Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte
Is Visa a stingy company?

I had consulted an immigration attorney for the same question.
You can apparently do it. Its just that you will be making an international border crossing literally every week to go to work (assuming you are going to fly out every week).
While that is ok, if you every want to process your green card, your application may look funky and take more time to process.
EY1 - you need to be in LPR status (already be a GC holder) first to receive the commuter GC.

Yes , you can do that .
Can be done - I have done this with L1 and know others who did it with TN/H1B. However, the person I know who did this with H1 was several years ago (2011-2012). At the time there was not such a stringent LCA requirement so look into that a little further.
I don’t think you can do that
